We fully understand and appreciate how it feels to have a dog that can be nervous and reactive to the outside world. So we can assure you that your dog will never be asked to do anything that could trigger this, or create an atmosphere that could cause them distress. Your dogs welfare is our upmost priority above all else. When they are comfortable and relaxed then you areand that creates a better experience for both them and you and will enable us to get those beautiful images that you came to us for.

This is perfectly ok and something that we are very used to as most of the dogs that we photograph are on lead whilst posing, lead and collars are removed during retouching. We also carry a thinner sport lead to help make that process a little easier if you are happy to use that. You will never be asked to remove a collar as it is a legal requirement for your dog to be wearing one with an ID tag at all times.

The simple answer is no you don’t, but you will always be made to feel at ease and encouraged to join in with the session as the connection and bond between an animal and its family is such a special one to capture and cherish forever.

If for any reason relating to weather we have to cancel or abort a session we shall work with you to re-schedule. We will always do everything we can to work with mother nature where possible as this can add an extra level to the images.

Under a single experience we would normally include up 2 dogs from the same household. We will off course photograph more than 2 dogs but this will need to be agreed and there will be additional investment required.

As part the standard experiences we will travel within 50 miles of our location. We will of course travel further but this will be liable to £0.28 per mile additional investment.
